Last minute trip to town for business. Due to flights was not going to get to hotel until 1:30 am. Made them aware of this and they accommodated my late arrival and made the process seamless. Thank you Lemon Bay for doing that. The rooms were clean and well appointed.

Very good value especially this close the beach. Older rooms but nicely renovated with renovations ongoing the whole time I was there. New TV's installed this week and everyone is constantly working. Front desk is very accessible and always promptly answered. Walking distance to breakfast options, 7 Eleven, pizza, etc.

We had to find a place to stay on short notice as the vacation rental we were supposed to be staying in was double booked for what should have been the first night of our stay. We found Lemon Bay, it was close to where the rental was. From the outside it looks like the Florida motels from way back when, but the inside of our double queen room was anything but retro. Very eat and clean, with a lovely tiled bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet considering we were right off a major road. I was very glad we found such a nice place to stay on such short notice.

This is a cute and cozy place to stay. Located miles from the beach and nature trails which is what we traveled to the area for. The room was clean and it was quiet. Would stay again.

I totally enjoyed my experience from the friendly staff check into the thoughtfully designed room. As someone who hates germs, I found the set up to be perfect. So easy to keep everything clean and in order. Room has everything you need, amazing AC, humongous shower that surely would be handicapped accessible. Quiet, great location. I would definitely come back.

We are really glad we stayed here. Great value for the price. Rooms are renovated and doesn’t have that typical moldy smell from old lodging or humid climate in FL. Parking lot is also renovated with clear spacious parking. Liked being able to park right in front of your room when you have a lot of cargo with family travel. Staff is friendly. Spacious bathroom and nice size fridge with separate freezer. Convenient store right next door.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Owner was very friendly. Check in and check out was seamless. A lot of shops and an Aldi nearby . There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room which was great for me. The room was incredibly clean and well maintained ; bathroom was beautiful . Quiet area, felt safe my entire stay. Ac worked well and got very cold at night which was great. Tv also came with direct tv so there was a lot of stuff to watch. Great affordable place to stay and closest beach is a 7 min drive away which was incredible. There are several incredible beaches nearby for shark tooth hunting and incredible sunsets, will definitely stay here again!
